Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing operations, platform/product leadership, or business systems
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales workflows
• Experience in delivering internal tools or custom applications
• Proficiency in strategic roadmap development and cross-functional collaboration
