Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in influencer, UGC, or affiliate marketing, preferably in beauty or wellness
• Proven success in scaling affiliate/influencer programs to significant revenue
• Experience with DTC and Amazon marketing
• Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and analytical tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for outreach and content management
