Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FinTech Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of business outcomes across multiple teams, including planning, execution, and measuring impact
• Partner closely with FinTech leaders to define actionable, valuable work for the team
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of software, including team ownership of monitoring and production issue remediation

Required Qualifications

• Experience with hiring and developing empowered teams
• Experience building and operating software in a SaaS environment; FinTech experience is a strong plus
• Knowledge of the payments ecosystem and PayFac responsibilities
• Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with high growth and developing clarity from ambiguity
