Amazon Connect ACGR Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Amazon Connect ACGR Lead to oversee technical planning and implementation for enterprise contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning and implementation of Amazon Connect for customer cloud transformations
• Develop and maintain technical playbooks for service outages and conduct mock failover exercises
• Conduct load testing and validation of ACGR configurations for dual region replication

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Amazon Connect and its architecture
• Strong understanding of AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
• Proven ability to lead technical planning and implementation for cloud transformations
• Experience in developing disaster recovery playbooks and conducting failover exercises
• Expertise in load testing and validating dual region replication configurations
