Director of Defense Sales

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Defense Sales & Strategic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution across Defense, Intelligence, and System Integrator segments
• Drive sales and build pipeline across priority agencies including DoD branches and key IC customers
• Cultivate relationships with senior federal decision-makers and expand partnerships with System Integrators

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Federal sales, business development, or alliances focused on DoD or National Security programs
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex federal environments
• Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes and federal compliance requirements
• Strong network within the DoD, Intelligence Community, and Federal System Integrators
• U.S. Citizenship required; Active Security Clearance (Secret or above) preferred
