Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Operations to lead and optimize its commercial lifecycle in a high-growth healthcare business.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize the full commercial lifecycle, including sales process design and member marketing campaigns
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce and associated tools for efficient workflows
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance across commercial functions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, or strategy
• Experience building and scaling commercial systems in a growth-stage B2B or B2B2C company, preferably in healthcare
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce and experience with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Marketo/Pardot is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
