Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with client stakeholders and align with senior leadership to turn client priorities into actionable plans
• Oversee and track key client initiatives, ensuring execution through detailed planning, monitoring progress, and reporting performance
• Analyze service delivery data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and performance goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in back-end patient financial services
• Proven ability to support or manage client relationships in a matrixed or outsourced environment
• Solid project management skills with a strong analytical mindset
• Working understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles and ability to interpret data
• Familiarity with Epic or similar EMR platforms is preferred
