Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years in AI/ML development
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing technical teams
• Strong experience with LLMs, NLP, generative AI, and MLOps frameworks
• Proven track record of building internal tools or platforms with measurable business impact
• Experience working cross-functionally with various departments
