Digital Marketing Intern – SEO, Campaign Strategy & Analytics

Overview

Flomad Labs R&D is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to assist in growing our online presence and driving performance across our digital platforms. You’ll support web content updates, advertising initiatives, and campaign tracking for AI and robotics-focused products, while learning how to turn data into strategy.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between content, design, and marketing strategy—focusing on SEO optimization, ad campaign management, and website performance analysis. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn how to build and optimize digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.

In addition to marketing execution, you’ll help evaluate AI-powered tools and automation systems that improve marketing workflows and audience targeting. It’s a perfect opportunity to get hands-on with modern tools and trends while working in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the execution of digital strategies across search engines, social media, and online platforms.
• Help manage and maintain website content with attention to SEO structure and messaging consistency.
• Monitor and support ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads) and assist with reporting.
• Use tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush to evaluate campaign performance and user behavior.
• Conduct market and keyword research to inform campaign planning and optimization.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategists to deliver unified marketing messages.
• Explore emerging AI tools that support automation, lead scoring, personalization, and analytics.
• Participate in team brainstorms, performance reviews, and digital planning sessions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and balance multiple priorities.
• Interest in AI-enhanced marketing technologies and campaign optimization techniques.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn new tools and platforms.
