Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute social media and digital marketing strategy across major platforms to enhance awareness and engagement
• Oversee paid campaigns and ensure website alignment with campaign goals, managing content creation and daily operations
• Track performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations while collaborating with internal teams and freelancers

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in leading social and digital marketing with proven audience growth
• Experience in nonprofit, academic, or mission-driven environments preferred
• Full-cycle campaign experience with organic and paid advertising
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress
• Understanding and commitment to classical-liberal values and the organization's mission
