Design System Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design System Strategist to support the integration and evolution of design systems within their Patient Experience Support Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a detailed gap analysis between the current design system and the global design system
• Define a clear plan to integrate and align design systems across teams and platforms
• Implement the integration plan, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in design systems, UX/UI design, and component libraries
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or patient support programs is highly preferred
• Expertise in Figma for design system development and documentation
• Familiarity with Salesforce design constraints and implementation is a plus
• Ability to lead and execute cross-system integration projects with multiple stakeholders
