Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee project delivery for a Federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile teams to ensure project delivery and quality
• Facilitate the creation of user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to prioritize and implement product initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Agile practices and project management principles
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA
• Stakeholder collaboration experience
• Ability to coordinate sprint demos and write reports on team deliverables
