Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager - Customer Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill engagement requests for Customer Engineers and manage resource allocation
• Assess individual consultant skills and develop readiness plans to meet business demands
• Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve utilization and bench targets within service levels

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in resource management or support/delivery management
• 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT, operations, or business
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, operations, business administration, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in resource or delivery management for an enterprise-scale business
• Knowledge of professional services concepts and resource management tools
