    • Manage the localization of diverse marketing assets, including video scripts, banners, presentations, email templates, and print materials, ensuring they are optimized for the Japanese market.
    • Collaborate with the ABM team to create localized, targeted assets that support account-specific campaigns and increase engagement among key accounts in Japan.

  • Project Planning and Roadmap Development

    • Build and manage a project plan for website localization, coordinating content updates and revisions to meet the needs of the Japanese audience.
    • Establish a structured project management approach, setting clear timelines, milestones, and deadlines for localization initiatives.
    • Develop and report on localization KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and impact of localized content on customer engagement and market performance.

  • Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency

    • Conduct quality control on localized content, maintaining high standards for language accuracy, cultural nuance, and brand consistency.
    • Work closely with translation vendors, agencies, and in-house editors to ensure all Japanese content is well-researched, accurately localized, and aligned with the brand voice.
    • Ensure a consistent brand experience across all localized assets and touchpoints.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and communications teams to support localization needs for product features, launches, and market communications.
    • Partner with third-party event organizers and external agencies to localize event collateral and branded materials effectively.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Japan-specific localization needs, liaising with global and regional teams to align on strategy, timelines, and project requirements.

  • Research and Insights

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor messaging, and cultural nuances that influence the Japanese market, applying these insights to enhance localization strategies.
    • Gather feedback from sales, customer support, and local partners on the effectiveness of localized assets, and make recommendations for improvement based on performance insights.
    • Leverage localization best practices to inform and evolve the marketing team’s global strategy for the Japanese market.
