Data Management Solution Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Management Solution Leader to support enterprise-level data platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and optimization of data pipelines and workflows using Databricks on Azure
• Implement data masking and virtualization solutions using K2View for secure access to sensitive data
• Contribute to the design and implementation of ODS and Lakebase environments in Databricks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years without a degree
• 3+ years of leadership experience in data engineering or data integration roles
• Proven expertise in Databricks and understanding of FHIR APIs and HL7/FHIR interoperability standards
• Practical experience in MDM design and delivery, preferably with tools like Profisee or Reltio
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure or others)
