Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior BI Engineer to join their Provider Data Science team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical foundations in Looker, providing insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to identify and track pharmacy opportunities and provider-related incentive models
• Create documentation and training materials to enhance data fluency for internal customers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Looker developer with strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with healthcare operations data is recommended
• Proficiency in data modeling, analytics, and BI tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, particularly in healthcare-focused technology startups
