• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written) – C1/C2 level required.
✔️ Proficiency in English (for internal communication).
✔️ Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
✔️ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
✔️ A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
✔️ Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
