Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Technical Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the customer by coordinating between various teams to ensure technical success
  • Support customers through technical lifecycle activities, including architecture planning and security design
  • Guide customers in advancing their data streaming maturity and provide periodic reviews on technical health
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical field role for a product/SaaS company with enterprise customers
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud vendors (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud networking/security technologies
  • Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with distributed systems or streaming solutions, particularly with Apache Kafka
