Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled operational tasks with strict accuracy and on-time completion
  • Identify areas for improvement and help streamline the Customer Success function
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SMB or scaled customer success, account management, or sales
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize requests
  • Experience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities as the company scales
  • Experience in FinTech is a plus
