Key Responsibilities
  • Drive expansion revenue by generating $500K+ in net new ARR annually through upsells and strategic account growth
  • Deliver best-in-class retention with 120%+ net revenue retention and 95%+ gross revenue retention
  • Lead executive-level QBRs to highlight ROI, reinforce strategic alignment, and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role at a SaaS or tech-enabled company
  • Proven track record of driving revenue expansion and managing strategic enterprise accounts
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with energy, ESG, or commercial real estate is a plus
