Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Independent Contractor, Remote - SaaS / Life Sciences).

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively schedule and lead regular strategic conversations with customers
• Act as a trusted partner to pharma customers, maintaining regular touchpoints and understanding their strategic goals
• Identify customer pain points and provide insights to internal teams for product development

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or life sciences
• Strong track record of initiating and maintaining regular client engagement
• High energy, self-motivation, and discipline in a remote setting
• Comfort working across time zones and collaborating remotely
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
