Key Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and educate retirement plan participants on available options
• Assist participants with account access and resolve service-related requests
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service efficiency

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
• Experience with retirement plans is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
