Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound customer calls and initiate outbound calls regarding order entry issues
• Enter orders into CRM and process payments while confirming orders with customers
• Assist in setting up customer eCommerce accounts and participate in special projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Availability to work from 8am to 5pm PST or MST, Monday through Friday
• Experience with CRM systems and order processing
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to continue education on products and processes
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred
