Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support in a remote administrative role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming billing customer service calls
• Provide optimum customer service and manage high-volume incoming communications from patients
• Update patient account information and accurately document all actions taken

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of health plan benefits and eligibility verification
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain EOBs and patient responsibilities
• Education in medical billing or certification in medical billing preferred
• Experience with Mod Med/EMA practice management system is a plus
