Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent - Remedy On-Call (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls, take messages, and verify information
• Schedule patient appointments as requested
• Dispatch calls to the appropriate medical practice following protocol

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must reside in specified states
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
• Access to high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
