Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute full-funnel CRM strategies and optimize customer lifecycle stages
• Own digital acquisition strategy and manage the acquisition budget to achieve targets
• Lead paid media planning and build marketing insights for performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership in lifecycle, growth, and performance marketing
• Proven track record in managing digital acquisition and CRM programs in a B2C or fintech environment
• Deep expertise in paid media buying and marketing analytics
• Experience in building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and marketing analytics platforms
