Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to assist customers with navigating their website and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
• Assist customers in locating orders, navigating the website, and handling billing issues
• Troubleshoot issues related to print-on-demand services and digital publishing

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS
• Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., FreshDesk)
• Ability to work on-site in Raleigh, NC for the first week of training
• Willingness to assist with seasonal work during the holiday season
