Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support patient access to therapy by navigating the reimbursement landscape and providing ongoing case management
• Conduct comprehensive insurance benefit investigations and assist in prior authorization and appeals processes
• Act as a direct point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring timely case resolution and program education

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in HUB services, patient support programs, or pharmaceutical reimbursement is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of medical insurance terminology and healthcare reimbursement processes
• Experience in healthcare billing or physician office operations is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of quickly learning program-specific systems
