Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Lead Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training, monitoring, and mentoring to new and established staff
  • Assist with difficult account-related follow-up and perform customer call center support as needed
  • Complete various monthly reports and assist in the interviewing process for new hires
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience as a lead, trainer, or supervisor in a medical/hospital/insurance-related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD codes, UB-92, EOB interpretation, and HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to provide effective training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Call center background is preferred
