Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Balance Escalation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, research, and resolve credit balances and refunds from billing system overages
• Review refund request letters and determine appropriate resolutions based on guidelines
• Analyze data from reports and identify trends, notifying appropriate departments

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements
• Familiarity with various insurance plans
• Strong mathematical skills including basic operations and percentage calculations
• Ability to read and apply state/federal laws and regulations
• Experience working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
