Creature CG Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creature / CG Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of creature and CG pipelines for cinematic and high-end commercial content
• Provide technical and creative guidance to modelers, riggers, animators, texture/lookdev artists, and FX teams
• Ensure assets meet the highest visual standards for realism and continuity across sequences

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creature Supervisor, CG Supervisor, or equivalent senior-level VFX lead
• Deep expertise across character modeling, rigging, animation, shading, and rendering pipelines
• Solid understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, muscle/fat systems, and real-time vs offline rendering constraints
• Proficiency in Maya, Houdini, Unreal Engine (preferred), and production renderers (Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift)
• Ability to balance quality, performance, and delivery timelines with strategic thinking
