Document all calls, inquiries, and resolutions in detail within the software systems
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Experience with a multi-line phone system is required
Computer proficiency, particularly in MS-Office at an intermediate/advanced level
Experience in data entry, medical records, healthcare, or insurance claims processing is beneficial
Ability to pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
