Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Abstract clinical information from medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10 and/or CPT-4 codes
• Work with coding databases and confirm DRG assignments
• Input and maintain data for state or other reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree may be required
• AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification typically required
• 1-3 years of related experience, or 0 years with additional specialized training and/or certification
• Ability to work under moderate supervision
• Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline
