Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead client compliance efforts by collaborating with external experts and managing financial reporting obligations
• Mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller in a multi-client environment
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and client relationships
• Experience in rapidly growing firms with a strong understanding of complex accounting issues
