Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting and industry, with a focus on SEC reporting
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and SOX reporting requirements
• Prior experience in a high-growth, public company environment
• Experience implementing automation/AI tools for financial reporting processes
