Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Implement governance frameworks and standardize financial processes across the region

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of relevant work experience
• Qualified CPA with strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
• Experience in divisional finance roles, preferably in larger listed companies
• Strong understanding of US and Canadian regulatory and compliance requirements
• Proven expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization
