Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development & Corporate Strategy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational due diligence workstreams for potential acquisitions and collaborate on financial and legal diligence
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate strategic fit of potential targets
• Support development of annual strategic planning processes and translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with proficiency in Excel
• Experience conducting due diligence and managing deal processes
• Demonstrated ability to structure and solve ambiguous business problems
