Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop contract templates and playbooks in collaboration with cross-functional leadership
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements including patent, software licenses, and clinical trial agreements
• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and healthcare regulatory matters

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA accredited institution
• Admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the life sciences industry
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex transactional agreements
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently
