Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for accounting software applications
• Identify, document, and track software bugs and issues
• Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements and provide feedback on product usability
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on software updates and new releases
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide updates on testing progress
• Establish and maintain testing documentation including test case specifications and test results
• Assist in improving QA processes and methodologies for more efficient testing operations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in the accounting industry
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
• Familiarity with accounting software applications and financial systems
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
