Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will support the design team in creating engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience. What You'll Do:

Design Creation & Support  

• Assist in designing and producing digital and print assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.  

• Follow brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all materials.  

• Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.  

Content Preparation  

• Prepare and optimize images, illustrations, and other graphic elements for use in campaigns.  

• Ensure designs are production-ready by checking file formats, dimensions, and specifications.  

Creative Input  

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh ideas for visual campaigns.  

• Stay informed about design trends and tools to bring innovative concepts to projects.  

Feedback Implementation  

• Respond to feedback from the creative team and stakeholders to refine and adjust designs as needed.  

• Ensure timely delivery of design tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.  

Administrative Support  

• Support the team in conducting research for design projects, including competitor analysis and trend studies.

Who You Are:

Experience:  

• 1-2 years of graphic design experience or internships.  

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (including digital and print).  

Skills:  

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.  

• Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory.  

• Familiarity with social media and web design best practices.  

Education:  

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).  

Soft Skills:  

• Awareness and sensitivity to designing for diverse audiences and international markets. 

• Passion for design and innovation in the creative industry 

• Curiosity and an appreciation for serendipity 

• Strong attention to detail and organisation of your project workflow 

• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior team members.
