You’ll oversee multi-platform campaigns, manage a team of creatives, and collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver fresh, engaging work that aligns with business goals.
Our office is located in midtown Manhattan and we are currently working in-office three days per week.

- Travel nationally and internationally to support campaign activations and creative execution.
- Be available for key campaign moments, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience in an agency or entertainment marketing setting.
- A strategic, copy-driven mindset, with expertise in brand storytelling and campaign messaging.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact, multi-platform campaigns.
- Exceptional client-facing and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring creative talent.
- The ability to sell big ideas and inspire confidence in clients and teams.
- A sharp balance between creative vision and practical execution.
- Experience managing large-scale projects, production budgets, and resource planning.
