Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer - Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-friendly guides, tutorials, and walkthroughs for platform users
• Write and maintain product documentation, including release notes and API guides
• Develop onboarding and self-service resources to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience with Help Centers, Knowledge Bases, or Support Portals documentation
• Familiarity with REST APIs and API documentation standards
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or Confluence
• Strong organizational skills
