Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Consultant (BenAdmin).

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce business requirements for Health Plan partners within eExchange solutions
• Facilitate project meetings for customer implementations or renewals
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of project implementation methodology and techniques
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications
• Ability to learn proprietary technology quickly
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills
• 1-2+ years related experience preferred
