A company is looking for a Collections Specialist who provides excellent customer experience while focusing on results.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to address inquiries and collect overdue balances
• Monitor and manage a high volume of customer accounts and execute optimal contact strategies
• Document interactions and collaborate with management to improve processes and borrower experiences

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in collections
• Experience with point of sale lending and chargeback dispute resolution is preferred
• Proven ability to negotiate repayment plans for various delinquency levels
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree desired
• Intermediate skills in Excel/Google Sheets preferred
