Your new role: Working Student – Professional Services (m/f/d)

Location: Dusseldorf, Germany (hybrid)

Are you passionate about business operations, project management, and analytics? Are you looking to gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting a high-performing team? If so, we want you on board! We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Professional Services team and help drive operational excellence in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Support reporting and analytics: Assist in preparing and evaluating customer reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Project Controlling: Help monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Resource Planning: Contribute to planning and tracking team resources and project capacities.
• Project Requests & Briefs: Assist in reviewing, structuring, and organizing incoming project requests.
• ERP System Management: Maintain, analyze, and improve data structures and resource allocations within our ERP system.
• Process Optimization: Support the development and refinement of operational processes.
• Dashboard Creation: Help build and update insightful dashboards to improve visibility into project and team performance.

About You

You're a great fit if you bring:

• Current enrolment in a university program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• A structured and analytical mindset, with the drive to bring new ideas to the table.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and ERP systems (a plus but not required).
