Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to review and negotiate insurance-related and commercial contracts while assisting with regulatory license applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced review, analysis, and negotiation of insurance and commercial contracts
• Draft and review responses to regulatory and commercial inquiries
• Assist with P&C insurance-related matters and support completion of license applications

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience with a focus on insurance and commercial contracts
• Prior in-house counsel experience strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of legal research tools
