• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and direct Joint Commission inspections

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a technological field required
• Technical certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical engineering environment or direct management experience
• Previous leadership experience is essential
• Ability to perform financial analysis and manage site operations strategically
