Clinical Data Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cardiovascular (NCDR/ACC) Clinical Data Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quality tasks including team member orientation, case validation, and performance reviews
• Design and implement coaching strategies to improve team performance and ensure quality standards
• Oversee the internal case review process and provide data-driven recommendations to support business goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct data abstraction experience in NCDR/ACC Registries
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to multiple patient medical record systems and clinical databases
• 1+ years of experience providing coaching and guidance to teams (preferred)
• Relevant credentials such as RN, LPN, RT, RVT, or RCIS (preferred)
