Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and resolve Zendesk tickets for assigned clients, escalating issues as necessary
  • Assist in the setup and implementation of Titan Modules for clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for client issues, collaborating with the Account Manager
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field
  • 1 year of experience in a customer support role is preferred
  • Experience using Zendesk is preferred
