Key Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with clients to enhance adoption, retention, and satisfaction
• Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure effective use of solutions and appropriate configuration
• Lead client community events and contribute to online client communities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Substantial experience in the professional services industry, with a preference for legal industry knowledge
• Experience in account management and/or program management
• Hands-on experience with CRM and/or Experience management software
• Strong client service mentality
